Well with my headset dying the other day I decided to pop out and get a headset...well 2 actually I brought the Turtle Beach X12 that Blugger reviewed a while back and also this headset the GioTeck Ex-05.
First things are a negative....I had to go out and get the Audio Adapter for the slim as the one the component one that came with the console doesn't allow you to use the HDMI cable aswell...so £9 later I got it working.
The headset is described as a Military Style Headset and after a slow start I have to say the headset is fantastic and and the sound quality is brilliant.
Pros -
- Enables You To Listen To In Game Sound Via Headset
- Separate Volumes for Game Sound and Voice Chat
- USB Headset - No Need For Recharging
- Decent Length Cable
- Works with PS3 and Xbox 360
Cons -
- I needed to use Audio Adaptor so that I could Use HDMI and the headset.
